No. Group chats, status updates, broadcasts and channels are filtered out before the AI ever sees them.
The bot notices your message and pauses in that chat for 30 minutes (adjustable), so it never talks over you.
Personal mode uses an unofficial connection, so WhatsApp may restrict numbers that behave like bots. WaBot only replies, never starts chats, and limits its pace. Business mode on the official Cloud API is coming next.
